Who is Roy Leland?
What has he done for work in the past? What projects has he done?
I built this barn in the Catskills to look like it was 100+ years old. It houses an artist's studio, game room, play, room, bathroom, and overnight guest accomodations. I loved doing this project.
We did a lot for this huge room over a garage. We added 5 windows, full insulation, and custom-built two desks and matching shelving around the whole room. Adding a built-in Home Theatre system with 120" screen makes it an incredible family room/home office.
This is the beginning stage of a back porch that I added to an older Upstate NY home. It overlooks a beautiful garden and forest.
This is a stand-alone two-plus car garage with workshop attached and accomodations above. If you have the room, I can build it.
This barn has everything that a homeowner could want. Tons of room, built-in drains, plenty of storage for ATV, snowmobile, workshops. Working hoists inside and out. Operational barn doors on second floor that is finished for entertaining the kids.
Another view of the 100+ year old "looking" barn.
Antique boards that I personally had to mill down for a "period" barn. The effect was incredible.
Photo of stucco, European-styled boat house on private lake. I built this entire house from the ground up and styled it after a European Chalet. I will have more photos of the interior soon. The effect is stunning and views incredible.
This new barn has all modern conveniences, but looks like it was made in the 1800's! Another fun project to complete.
How cool is this bathroom sink? I created this wooden frame myself and it's perfect for that house.
Great feature on this double-deck overlooking the forest... Do you see the corregated aluminum in the floorboards? No drips on the lower deck!
Better views of the double-deck on this house that I built personally from the vacant lot to completion. Everything in the whole home is custom-made. Notice the local stone terraces around the whole main floor? The walk-out basement?
Great farmer's porch overlooking the road. Notice the detail in the workmanship on the entire face of the house.
Getting an attic-space ready for renovation.
Part of wandering river/waterfall project at boat house.
Another view of the tile work in the bathroom.
